After your safari: share your experience

The trip does not really end at the airport. What you write, share and pass on helps the next first-time traveller plan with more confidence — and helps us keep improving how journeys are designed. Everything below is optional, and honest is always more useful than glowing.

Step one

Leave an honest review

Please describe your genuine experience in your own words — what worked, what surprised you, and anything that could have been better. We do not ask for a particular rating, and the referral program is entirely separate from reviews.

Helpful review prompts

If you are not sure where to start, these usually make a review genuinely useful to someone else.

  • Which destination did you travel to, and roughly which month?
  • What did Berngo help you plan — routing, accommodations, flights, or the whole journey?
  • What stood out about the guide, the accommodations, the pace of the days, or the communication?
  • What would you want another first-time safari traveller to know before they go?
  • Keep it factual, and please leave out passport details, booking references, travel-document numbers and payment information.

Post the images and moments you loved, and tag Berngo Safaris so we can follow along — and so travellers researching their first safari can find a real account of one.

Send your photos and videos to Berngo

We love seeing the trip through your eyes. Email your favourites to media@berngosafaris.com. If the files are large, just reply to us and we will send an upload link instead of an attachment.

Privacy and consent

  • Please do not send passport documents, booking documents, health details or any other sensitive personal information.
  • Only share photos and videos you own or have permission to share.
  • Ask permission before sending identifiable images of community members, guides, children or other travellers.
  • Sending media does not grant Berngo Safaris marketing rights. If Berngo would like to use something you sent, we will ask you for separate permission first.

Client referral bonus

Past Berngo Safaris clients may submit a referral. The current program advertises a $200 referral bonus after the referred traveler books and completes a qualifying safari, subject to the program terms shown on the referral page.

The referral program is independent of reviews, photos and social posts — nothing here is offered in exchange for a positive review.
